Most likely if you've clicked Forgot My Password and nothing happens, you probably used single sign-on, SSO, to create or authenticate your friEdOnline account.

1. Make sure you are logged into Google (LinkedIn, Facebook) with the SAME email address you used to originally create your friEdOnline account. 

2. Then, click the "Sign in/up" button.
